little green things after reputation comments

Hi

Could someone tell me what the little green things mean after your reputation comments, some people only have 1 or 2 and others have quite a lot

the more reputation comments you get the more green boxes you have.

If you go to userCP, scroll to the bottom, where it says reputation comments, it says you have x points.

For every 100 points, you have another green box

For more information, look at the bottom of this page, where it says "similar threads".
