MERINGUE BY SPLENDA GRANULAR
Makes enough meringue to top one (9-inch) pie.
3 Egg Whites
1 Tbsp. Cornstarch
1/4 tsp. Cream of Tartar
1/3 cup SPLENDANo Calorie Sweetener, Granular
1 tsp. Vanilla
Place egg whites in a medium-sized mixing bowl. Beat on high speed with an electric mixer using the whisk attachment until frothy. Add cornstarch, cream of tartar, SPLENDA Granular and vanilla. Beat on high speed until slightly stiff peaks form.
Use in your favorite recipes where meringue is required.
I know this is for a pie topping so dont know if it will work for meringues.
