My fitness pal rocks!

Can I just say that my fitness pal app is absoutely fantastic! I'm 4 weeks banded and my weight has stalled completely. I get my first full on 20th sep. but having this app is helping me stay on track each day. The scales is not moving but at least I'm staying on track! Roll on my first fill!!! Sarah xx
 
it is good for food logging, but be aware that it completely overestimates the amount of calories used in the various exercises, some as much as 300% more than you would actually use! As such, it can be very easy to think you've used more than you actually have.

But great for food logging tho :)
 
I love it but I'm having a break whilst on hols.
 
I use MyNetDiary instead of MyFitness Pal and I find it easier to log my daily meals. I also use an app called Running to log my walking directly into MyNetDiary and I can say it looks accurate.
