hi all,just got to the official 17 stones off,starting to feel absolutely brilliant,many thanks for all your recent comments,certainly helps to look at yourself in a different light,i feeel briiiiiiiiliant and am now looking forward to hitting the fianl target 100kg,not far away about 10 kg or something like that,please to all if you have just started on the journey,hang in there the gold is at the end of the rainbow,i never imagined the dream of being normal weight and now am nearly there,an emotional journey but if i can do it anyone can,take care all,Nigel

hi margaret.i was 34.5 stone and have now officially lost practically half of me,a fantastic feeling,im actually starting to come to terms with the new me,good luck with getting the op,Nigel

hi to all again and great to hear from you all,its taken just under two years to loose nearly my target weight,i had op will be two years september,to anyone that is worrried pre op or other wise,i have always been confident that this was what i wanted and of course have now proved the sceptics out there wrong,there is a serious lack of funding in the swindon area,i know personally that nine people since me have been refused funding,i am hoping that my weight loss sucess can inspire the pct to realise that this funding isnt a strain on the short term budgets,but an invstment on the long term purse,good luck to all,and yes you are all doing the rite thing xxx
