Hi All

Just wanted to introduce myself...:wave_cry:
My name is Malinda from South Africa. Had my Roux en Y done a week ago. So far so good, but I must admit it is far harder then I ever thought, and there is no support on this side of the world.

But I am so happy to have found this site and hope to be inspired and in turn inspire others!

Anyway, thank you for having and if anyone is keen to chat, please let me know.

How is life in sunny SA?
I lived in the Free State for a number of years many moons ago. Where do you live?
Put some stats on your info so we can see how you are doing. This is a lovely site and you will be made very welcome by everybody. The advice is here just for the asking from people who are very knowledgeable regarding weight loss through surgery and nutrition etc.
