Hi everyone. Newbie here. I was banded in 2010, did pretty well with weight loss, but had a very irritable band resulting in me suffering severe gastritis every time I got any sort of restriction. No end of resting didn't help, and most of my weight as lost through not being able to keep any food down.
I have up on my band 6th August when I had it removed and a sleeve done in the same op. Since that point I have recovered well and am now just 3 lbs from target.
Looking forwards to getting tips from other sleevies and hopefully my journey will be a useful source of info to others too.
