Hi my name is kelli, I am 24 and from California. I am considering weight loss surgery. The gastric sleeve to be exact. My fear is that im not big enough though..does anyone know how high your bmi has to be or how much over weight to be able to get it? Thanks

I've had the sleeve my BMI was 42 and I was 113kg. People have had it smaller than me but if your a lot smaller you risk losing too much weight, (I think). X

I had to go on a liver shrinkage diet for 2 weeks before the op and that was it!

Hello! My BMI is 52 so I am well within the range! Not sure what the lowest is though - sorry. Good luck with your journey x
