No added sugar drinks

Hi just started my liver diet today. I'm having my bypass at DMH by mr samier does anyone know if I can have no added sugar drinks or do they have to say sugar free or diet?

Hi Barley - I drank NAS on my two week diet - things like No Added Sugar Robinson's and Vimto.
Good luck with your liver diet.

i had no added sugar robinsons and ribena if your really unsure ring the provider and just ask to be safe

I had no added sugar Robinson's etc... and it was a life saver! I also went mad on diet coke because post op you have to say goodbye to fizzy drinks
