O/T - Just found out my Auntie has Swine Flu..............

She is 63 I think. She has been sick for a while apparently so not sure what'll happen. She is a fighter so hopefully she'll be fine!

My hubby had it last week and has now made a full recovery!! I've avoided catching it from him so far but worried its lurking in my system ready to show itself xx

I hope your auntie gets well very soon meggie, I have just come off the phone to my doctor's as been feeling ill since monday, they have told me i am showing all symptoms of Swine Flu but because i am fit and healthy just to take paracetamol and ibuprofen and plenty of fluids, if i was fit and healthy i wouldnt be feeling like crap like i am, that was the nurse practitioner that called me as well, if i feel any worse i am to call them back, how worse do they want me to feel ffs.

Thank you for all of your kinds words. She was taken into intensive care last night which was a bit scary. I have just got off the phone with my mum who says my auntie has perked up a little and is complaining about the soup so I think that is a good sign!!!
