Off to Homerton on Monday

I'm off to Homerton on Monday, I have two appointments and a group education session (I presume this is a seminar, if someone could confirm this it would be great?).

Firstly I will be having a appointment with the specialist dietician/nurse in the bariatric assessment clinic. This will be followed by a group education session. Later on in the afternoon I will be having a appointment with one of the bariatric surgeons. Any feedback anyone could give would be appreciated as to what happens now.

Hi GG I too at some point will be going to Homerton for the ( I guess)the same appointment as you....and I cant wait please keep us up dated I hear the same thing your talking about but its not the same as having been is it ?

I'm with Homerton. The Diatician will discuss your eating habits and give you your weight loss target and the surgeon will suggest what surgery they think is best. The group thing just talks about types of diff surgery. They will apply for funding after but be sure not to miss any appointments they like to discharge you. Good luck
