OMG SNEEZING COUGHING

Mg I'm 6 days post op and when I cough or especially sneeze it feels like one part of my stomach at the top is been ripped apart it's sooo painful, this is normal right?

This is quite normal - the surgeon cuts through muscle to get to where he needs to be and it needs to heal. If you can, press a cushion or pillow onto the area before you cough/sneeze... it helped for me.
If it's worrying you or doesn't improve, contact your provider.

Yawning or laughing did it to me too!
3 weeks out the pain is all but gone now.
