One year surgiversary

Well - a year ago today I was getting ready for my sleeve op at Sunderland Royal!

What a year it's been! I have struggled since Xmas and not really had much of a loss - well no loss in a month now - but I'm sticking with it! I'm sure a load will drop off soon! haha

Here are my stats...

• Start weight on referral - 2012 - 205kg
• Just before pre-op - Feb 2013 - 199.5kg
• Current weight @ 26 February 2014 - 130.3kg

So that's 69.2kg lost in a year (10.8 stone or 152.5 pounds). Still got an awful long way to go, but at least the main bulk is off!

and weight loss since referral is 74.7kg (11.7 stone or 164.7 pounds)

Measurements: I've lost 10" off my boobs, 13" off my hips, 12" off my waist, 6" off each knee, 5" off each thigh top and 3.5" off each arm top (measured loosely on floppy skin! lol)
