Where can I get pre op diet details as I'm meant to start it on Wednesday and iv still had nothing in the post.... I'm under Mr Small Sunderland. Anyone help??

Hi, I'm a Sunderland patient to, I'm post op. I didn't receive my pre op diet until 2 days before. There are 3 different pre op diets so I'm not sure which one u will have to do. If ur worried ring the dietician Maureen or speak to mr smalls secretary xx

my sleeve op due to take place on march 08th at darlington memorial hospital was cancelled due to late diagnosis of sleep apnoea!!
my new date is now 03rd may 2012.
can you please amend the list cathi
