Pain to left of belly button

I had my second fill on Thursday and have had liquids since.

I woke up a couple of times in the night last night with pains but fell back asleep and didn't worry too much.

Today I have got up and it's
Still there and is constant. Could this be the band?

it could be the port as the band itself is much higher and sits behind the breast bone.
