buying an "A" pillow is great as sleeping slighly elevated is easier and more comfy when returning home, laying flat can be umcomfy at 1st.

I used a V shaped pillow after my op and this worked wonders for keeping upright. Good luck Karen and I hope you find one to suit you.

I have a work colleague who is from Chester Le Street (not sure of spelling, so hope that is correct), and she has the same type of humour as you. She keeps us in fits of laughter at work.
