Wow Tammy am very jealous! There are quite a few post-oppers in the surgical section here, have you had a look through some of the diary threads in there?

Don't forget to do before pictures, will want to see them! Although not necessarily the boobs, am not that kind of girl ;)

Ooh Good Luck Tammy.

Can I ask where you are having the op and who your surgeon is please?

Oooh and if you don't mind how much it's costing too.

hi I had the uplift the best piece of advice I can give you is register on Breast Health Online it is a fantastic site just like this one and its forums are for breast surgery (and tummy tucks) youll learn so much and get so much invaluable advice. also I would say ask for the Lejour surgery , its less cutting therefore less healing to have to do and it gives a more natural shape to the boob. Ive never regretted having mine done. My friend had a tummy tuck and she said if she did 1000 situps a day it wouldnt give her the tummy she has now.Coincedentley we had the same surgeon. Hope this is of some help.x

i'm having it done at the lifestyle hospital in manchester through surgicare. they are doing both together and it is costing £9,400. am really excited.

thanks for all the advice will def have a look at the sites.

will be doing before and after pics and i'm sure i will have my boobs out to everyone once i've had them done LOL

Shel are you pregnant???? just seen your pregnancy counter. am so pleased for you hun congrats xx

Yep, got myself knocked up ;) So my TT has gone on hold for a year!

meant to say it's mr vitari who is doing my op. he specialises in surgery following weight loss. he is doing the new technique which i think has been mentioned here so scarring should be minimal. will keep you all posted x

Hi all, just back from seeing the surgeon. they have changed my date to 2nd may and i will be having the belt lipectomy instead of the tummy tuck. this seems to be best after weight loss. they have said it is too much to do my breat uplift at the same time and have suggested i wait to have that done until after our hols in august. the lipectomy is 5 hours of surgery and they also have to repair my hernia which has appeared following the bypass! did wonder what the hard lump was but my GP thought it was a fat deposit!!!!!!

Have been on the net to look at belt lipectomy and the results look amazing but i don't know anyone who has had this done. can anyone help????

thanks guys xx

Hi Tammy cant help but did not want to read and run....bet you cant wait no matter what it is they do.....not long to go now and you will be looking fab chick..xx
