I am having pose done in about 4 weeks in florida.would like to know about recovery which what i worry most about.need to loose 50 lbs ,bmi 34 goal would be 25 ,dont know if i am being to optimistic

The procedure hasn't really been popular in the UK and if you read the thread, you will see that there have been a lot of people who have been unhappy with the results. That's not to say if won't work for you though. Good luck. x
