post op food diary whilst pregnant

Hello all

Although I aim to post here each day what I eat.
For me personally - I have to have a very heavy carb based diet due to my pregnancy bypass related complications, so please dont take this as what you should eat when pregnant after the op...its more for my use than anything else.
I need to reign in my food intake. I have now put 8lbs on since being pregnant, and in reality I know its as I have slipped into bad habits.
