I dont know how many of you are struggling with food, I am, so I thought I would try the following
1 small chicken breast
1/2 small oinion
1 tomato
Mc D barbeque sauce
Fresh beetroot
Split chicken breast
Stuff with sliced oinion and sliced tomato
season with salt and pepper
Close breast and cover with bbq sauce
Wrap in cling film and boil for 30min
Surve with slice beetroot

another good one using a chicken and stuffing it is ...............


Get extra light laughing cow triangles mix with garlic ( granules or fresh chopped finely)
and mixed herbs .
Cut a pocket into chicken and stuff with the cheese and herb mix .
Then wrap chicken breast in bacon

tastes scrummy !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
