Pre -op shop at sainsbury's

Hey people,
Gonna pop to Sainsbury's when DH gets home to get bits and bobs for my surgery like pain killers etc.
Anyone got a list of things i need please? Or things you didn't take but wish you had. I'm going to Belguim for my op so don't want to rush around at the last minute like i always do
