pre op today ,,,, nearly there

hi ppl
i had my pre op today at heartlands, all good , blood pressure where it should be and now down to 18 kgs lost so far , still along way to go but have hit the recommended weight loss with 3 and abit weeks left,over 10 % weight loss gone , bmi now 53 instea of 58,5 :jelous::jelous::jelous:
