protein bars

i went into holland and barretts to have a look at the protein bars, and my gosh there are so many, can any one recommend a name, a lot of them seem to have too much sugar, thank u xxxxxxxxx

Can u not have protein shakes??? some tend to have less sugars in them then the bars!

Atkins Advantage bars are good, I find

They have high protein, low carb and low sugar.
