Puree stage - soup

Try my fav soup- butternut squash soup

Ingrediants
1 large potatoe
1 butternut squash
1 green pepper
1 red pepper
1 courgette
1 large onion

Prep all, and cut into large cubes
Roast in the oven, on high, turning twice in the 40 mins cooking time,
cool slightly then liquidise
add milk to suit texture

really filing and high in protein
 
Mmmm delicious, but I'm wondering where the protein is coming from, unless you've missed something off the list? Lentils or beans would add a good amount of protein. You could also try adding some chilli and/or ginger to make it spicy, it's lush especially on a cold winter's day :D
