Try my fav soup- butternut squash soup
Ingrediants
1 large potatoe
1 butternut squash
1 green pepper
1 red pepper
1 courgette
1 large onion
Prep all, and cut into large cubes
Roast in the oven, on high, turning twice in the 40 mins cooking time,
cool slightly then liquidise
add milk to suit texture
really filing and high in protein
