Hi answer to your message i dont know how to do it any other way.If i were you i would give them a ring .I got my apointment in the post for xray and also when the diet lady would ring me but i still rang to check the apointment for xray was going ahead on the day due to me having to travel up to drotwich from devon everything went fine in and out in about 15 minutes really nice place and very helpful people.If you need any more help just email me i am not great on the computer yet but get by.Best of luck
