Sometimes you just have to do this! I did when the Whittington took months over my funding - turns out that they had never applied for my funding and I had a positive answer in 48 hours. Keep at them!

how about this for creeping them out? I got my physio tomorrow, it just so happens it's in the same place as the office of the PCT. As they are going to call me tomorrow how about I pop in in person, as I am passing! lmao
