Just like to comment that me and hubby just got back from Salford meeting and it was really good tonight. A lovely lady called Carol talked about her weightloss journey and gave some great advice & ideas. My hubby's doing next months talk around (Family Perspective) about how it can feel for the hubby's etc and what they worry about. Hes now worried after Carol did such a good job lol.
