It's just an information night from the bariatric team letting you know the operations, risks, pathway, life changes and dietary info etc its normally the first appointment after referral.

I just had an appointment with the surgeon, Bariatric nurse, dietitian, blood test, weigh in on the same day and the surgeon said 'yes ok, I'll do it go away and lose 2 stone'.
From me seeing the doctor and asking him to refer me to Op day was 7 months. Not bad.
