well had my appointment wif t surgeon nd he was very wif me nd t weight loss so has put me on t list nd even put me on t short notice list so very happy, even more so he wants me 2 have a gastric sleeve instead of the band as he thinks that will b suitable which i am even happier about lol so anybody who has had a sleeve i would b so greatfull if f u can drop me a couple of lines nd tell me how things are goin.

Hi ya the op was fine in a little pain afterwards eating is ok now just very small portions I eat anything I like really I try and stay a little healthy like protein first the veg then carbs if I can fit it in I've lost nearly 5 stone now which I'm chuffed about
Just take it slow when I come out and don't rush the weight will cone of and it will slow down for a while so try not to get disPointed if h don't lose every week it ur body is adjusting to your new way of eating

No not yet only my arms I've started swimming twice a week now I can't do alot as I got problems with my legs due to diabitas which unfortuantly it has come back but my surgeon is optimistic so u never know xx
