Me, too....cold all the time, sitting here with fluffy boots on, trousers, jumper and cardigan...and just for good measure, fluffy blanket and large warm dog !!!

I'm doing all that and I'm still preop! And allergic to dogs, so no dog - I'm gonna freeze!!
