Luckily I dont have any stretch marks BUT! my skin heals very quickly so I get horrid scars tbh nothing but time seems to get them to fade. When Im cold they still go purple - yuck!
Bio well ! I swear by it, my scars from my op are praticly invisible (photos available if you want to have a peek) but if you put a couple of drops of baby oil in the bath each time it realy does help with the elasticity of your skin. Hope this helps Gail.
Awwww kim I also take awful mug shots but you do have a lovely face so go on try a new profile pickie and smile take loads your bound to get a nice one lets see your tooty pegs. Gail
A midwife told me my horrific stretch marks were down to a lack of elastane in my skin and that kelp tablets will help. Taking them religiously in prep for my op
I went to see my GP recently and whilst I was lying down on the examination bench my doctor commented on the silvery stretch marks I had. He said it was due to a lack of certain nutrients in the diet, specifically Omega 3 and not due to being fat at all. He said pregnant ladies tended to get them as the baby gets all the good nutrients rather than mum.
