Sunday Exercise

Just got back from a nice bike ride and met a friend for coffee while I was out.

I nice 16.6 mile ride.

Anybody else use there bike post op for exercise?

On way home from a 10km run with my slooooow but thin-ish friend. It's nice to be quicker now that there's nowt of me. Hate cycling as no padding to sit on now.

Husbands had right arm exercise, but mine usually gets booted out of bed on a Sunday for a bike ride.

My sister just gave me her old bike and I downloaded an app already for my rides. My problem is even with the seat on it's lowest it is too high from this short lady! I'm hoping to sell it and get a teenagers size bike lol. I shall then be riding it all the time as It will save me lots of bus fair and hopefully get me fitter too I did do my usual hour long speed walk though with the dog.
