hi my app to see surgen at sunderland is in april, but i see some people say that first app with surgen gets canceld and one no anything about cancelations and is there anythink i can do if it is canceld thanks

Hiya I had 1 cancelled appointment which was'nt ideal but did add about an extra 4/5 mths to my journey. When they cancelled mine it was a few months b4 so hopefully yours mite not get cancelled now. But theres not much you can do about it sorry but Good Luck and hopefully you will get through without any cancelations xx

I haven't had any cancelled appointments so far - on the waiting list now so hopefully I just have a pre-op then the op to go.

It seemed as if quite a few people had appointments cancelled around the same time and then new dates set months in advance - I think they were setting up a new system where you found out the date of your next appointment ages in advance instead of getting a letter just a few weeks before. Hopefully if the new system is now in place then they won't need to do cancellations like that again and you'll go through the process without too much trouble although there are always going to have to be some cancellations. Fingers crossed x
