Hi all, I was just wondering if anyone is or was on duloxetine pre op and could you continue to take it post op? It's really worrying me because I have bad side affects if I don't take it. I don't think it comes in liquid form either. Oh by the way I'm haveing the sleeve on the 17th oct xx

Hi Kat
This is one of my tablets for Fibromyalgia. Even thou Rheumatology are now going to give me an injection, for my other tablets they are not sure about these.
Ask at your Pre Assessment tomorrow.

Thanks willow I will :0) xx

The Surgeon and Dietitians were helpful with me as to what meds I could continue with after surgery and what I would need to give a break until I was able to swallow again. If the tablets are small they should be okay. They said that we could crush them too, not nice but at least you would be taking it.
