Can someone explain how this works?

Basically if someone likes what you have said they can click the thanks button at the bottom. It then shows on your stats that someone has thanked you. Hope that helps.

Thanks DQ but sorry to sound dumb but where's the thanks button? I don't see it

You won't see it on your own posts, but if you check the very bottom right of my post you should see a 'thanks' button next to edit, quote, multi-quote etc.
