To Bouillon or not??

Can anyone help please

I am on a pre-op diet which allows stock/bovril/cubes etc

Does Bouillion count as one of these or not??

It does state swiss vegetable stock, but I'm not sure

I was told yes for bouillion

It used to have it all the time on LL, same a the one they sell but 1/3 of the price...however it always seemed to give me a runny bottom?!
