I got some arctic cappucino protein shake from discount supplements and I have gone off it already:rolleyes:Anyway I had the genius idea tonight, to whip it into my sf choc angel delight and it was yummy:p:p
A pain free way of getting bits of protein in me :D:D
Any other good ideas would be much appreciated;)

Love the new Avitar! Had some cauliflower cheese last night and experienced the 'heart attack' feeling.... Eeek! Any ideas for protein welcome here too!

Aww thanks hun, it's the terrible twosome, and little un will soon be bigger than big un;):D
As for the heast attack thing, did you eat too quick?I think that's what did me in the other night:eek::eek:

I'm a bander as you know but just wanted to say how well you are both doing. Well done Candie and Lizziebee and hope you manage to escape the "heart attack" feeling in the future.xx

Thank you so much Gaynor. I think it is trial and error at the moment

I haven't opened my Tesco choc protien shake powder yet - not quite got round to it..I am on consumme soups (Baxters), slim fast (has lots of protein, vits & minerals), milk and childrens From Frais & natural fruit jellies..they are all natural and have lots of vits etc in them. I am not taking any tablets / meds other than Clexane jabs still, dissovlable anti-acid tablets and a zinc blackcurrant chewable tablet (I spit out the shell and swallow the fluid). I am probably putting more vits etc in my body now than before the op so am not taking the multi-vits till I can go onto proper tablets.

Look at the toddler / baby food stuff - it is packed with nutrients but without the additives.

Oh - I also have Misu soup.Lots of vits in that. :):)
