Well i am back from Champneys
I ate really healthily sticking to my pre op diet plan. No deserts, basically fish and salad hardly any carbs.
I swam, went to the gym three times, slept well, dance class, hoola hoop class, body sculpting class.
As you can imagine I worked my butT off.
As always I was the biggest in the class, but kept thinking NOT FOR MUCH LONGER XOX
I stupidly got on the scales when I got home and have put a couple of pound on I am so gutted.
I never weigh myself in the evening so I am praying it is off again in the morning.
So I have tomorrow to get through and then I am off to the Homerton
