I haven't been on here in a while but I'm happy to report that I went down from a size 22 now I'm a 16. I tried on some jeans I haven't worn since 2009 and they fit.. I actually don't notice much weight lose because I have always been big boned but the clothes speak for themselves. Now to keep up with this major lifestyle change. I'll be happy in a size 10 or 12 so here's to dropping all that unwanted weight off and keeping it off...
