I need help!!! I dont know what to do! I really want the vsg but i am scared to later on have a baby and gain that weight again any suggestions?

Nena - why do you think you would regain?

I had a baby after surgery, all be it a bypass not a sleeve, and continued to lose weight through the pregnancy. So long as you don't go crazy and eat sensibly there is no reason why pregnancy should cause a regain.
