Vibro plate

Does anyone use a vibro plate? Are they any good?

My husband bought me one (on my insistence). I ended up in A&E with a two ruptured discs. was on my back for two weeks after thatnever used it again lol.

In all honesty I think in my case that I already had the ruptured discs and the use in the. Power Plate just made it worse.

I've got one. I do my exercise DVD then go on it for 10 mins. Only been doing it 6 days so not sure in the results yet. I'm no sure how well it would work if it was just used alone, they recommend it to go along side exercise to give you a boost.
