vitamin A deficient.

I had the DS 3 years ago, recently been having night time vision problems. Had bloods checked and showed a low vit A which is essential for vision. Has anyone else had this and what did you do for it? I'm going back to see the Team next week. In the meantime I'm packing in vit A rich foods. Any other suggestions?

Yes, am already on b12, calcuim, 2 multi vitamins, iron and just started me on A&D seperately.

Don't know if this is any good to you cicca

Vitamin A is found naturally in many foods:
Note: data taken from USDA database bracketed values are retinol activity equivalences (RAEs) and percentage of the adult male RDA, per 100 grams of the foodstuff (average).
Conversion of carotene to retinol varies from person to person and bioavailability of carotene in food varies.[11][12]

Wow, thank you! I'm going to try as my next option is a reversal, and I don't want to do that.

I was told I am vitamin D3 deficiant
My bloods are being done every 3 months by my weight management team.
