Well I've manged to get to week two of liver reduce diet a week on Tuesday is my operation date ...here's to the next week oh I've lost 7 lb so far this week

I have my 1st appointment at walsall manor hospital n 18th july, i cant wait, only 62 more waiting days....( not like im counting ) ;-)

Thank you very much i started this journey last August with my GP then had my seminar in September got to my goal set my hospital in January and then received my date I'm at Darlington Hosp in Co Durham good luck to you as well it will fly by x
