It's milk shake syrup. You can buy it in most supermarkets. Make sure you buy the no added sugar one though. If you go to Sainsburys, the have no added sugar strawberry and raspberry syrups
Its normally with the sterilised milks and bottled milkshakes lika yazoo . . .just make sure you get the No added sugar varieties cos the others are loaded with sugar and calories
Jeez I clicked on that link and found the Crusha - thank you! - finally I saw with my own eyes the no added sugar one. I was beginning to think this option was just a myth! However on checking the nutritional value I note that one serving of this STILL contains 8g sugar. That's a lot for such a tiny measure.
well its no added sugar not sugar free . . .but I found it a help when I was on my pre op just for flavour. If you have a smoothie maker, I made it with ice cubes and skimmed milk and the ice cubes thicken it up a large amount so it becomes very filling. I also didn't use as much or need as much as their portion suggested. Have certainly found post surgery the taste buds are a lot more alert
