What kind of soups can i have if Im a week and half out of my sleeve?

Whatever your team suggested, they're all different!

I had mine years ago and I started on purée week 2, it's all different now.

For the first two weeks I was only allowed soups without any bits - I had to blend some of the thicker ones, sieve out the bits and dilute them with water
