:)
I thought it would be useful if we shared details of foods we have found really helpful, tasty and band friendly here.

My first offerings are
John West Tuna Light Lunches
Very very filling, low in cals and tasty as well

At the moment Im adding thai sweet chilli sauce to lots of meals (savoury ones!) it just adds a kick to an otherwise boring salad or something savoury on your melba toast.

Nutrionally its probably not the best but its low fat and yummy!

Me too - when I am on solids...it really does have a kick - I am addicted to the stuff:p.

ooo they look nice! .. I like the tesco own brand fruit pot, Think they doing 2 for £3 at the moment
xx

I find the Sardines in tomato sauce ( they do others as well bbq etc,) really tasty to have an easy too eat when out ( as long as u remember too take a fork out with you, have forgot on many occasion before lol), you just peel the ring pull back and nom nom away.

I dont snack or eat sweets of any kind ( I have always been this way) I do like the occasional yogurt but thats about it ( I like greek low fat yogurt and any smooth ones)

Another really nice neat little sweet treat are these cute little Mikado biscuits 11 cals each in white, dark and milk.
You can have a little bundle of them and still feel quite virtuous...they're delish quite satisfying :)
Also looks like they have a new hazelnut variety too :)

For a filling sweet snack also, jumbo choc chip snack a jacks are pretty good.
I think on memory they are about 63 cals each but pretty chocolatey and dry and therefore filling for us banders.

ooh that would be lovely when i could actually buy a pack of those choc chip jumbos and not polish off the pack in a day!!
