thats fantastic well done! can i ask how often are your exercising? only asking so i can have as good results as yourself!! And at what point you are allowed to exercise such as the cross trainer as im coming up to be 4 weeks post op and only lost 4lb since my op date :( booo

Thats fantastic and you know what as a sleever weve got something in common, our pyloric valve is still working which regulates glucose which in turn keeps hunger at bay.
Thats why i chose the sleeve over the bypass

Thx ladies. Sarah I did no exercise until around 6wk then started on treadmill just walking. Now try and go on every day but can be hit and miss but built it up to jogging for 13mins..not masses I know but better than nothing. I'd just give it until you've had your post op checkup to get the ok before hitting it hard. Also find tracking food on myfitnesspal app helps loads too! x
