Wind?

Hi all, just a quick question, I woke up today with a pain like growing pains down my left side, I ache down my left arm and up the left side of my neck. When I breath in it's agony. I'm telling myself it's bad trapped wind. Has anybody else suffered like this? I'm 16 days post band.

The warm hot water bottle is doing it for me.
And believe it or not, when I ate jelly and a tablespoon of icecream a lot of wind moved. I felt some relief soon afterwards.
I do feel bloated now though but i suppose that is natural with a tiny tummy.

Thats what happens to me. I judder my breath in and it hurts. I cant take a full breath. Hope the hotty helps.
