Haha, I know I have!
I really struggle to leave food. Oddly, if I have a LOT of food on my plate I can leave it and walk away, but if at the end of 20 minutes I only have a few mouthfuls left it is a massive effort to tip it away.

Its definitely a great sense of achievement to leave food on the plate when you've always been made to eat it all up. My best way of coping is to buy smaller portions / serve less on my plate as I don't think I will ever get rid of that 'once it's opened/served, I must eat it all' mentality.

I find as I go along my journey its getting easier to tell that I have had enough and often leave food on my plate now
I don't like to throw away and I have to do it fast before I change my mind

As a girl we were taught not too waste food, I have even stopped giving it to my 4 Chihuahuas as I don't want them to gain weight

So If it cannot be recycled into something else its in the bin!!!

Ohh, if it is then I'm not obese or overweight!! Ahah on a serious note - I have small hands, my wrist and hands aren't fat at all, just the rest of me is!

Just tried it lol (visions of us all running fingers over hands) so i'm deffo obese its official lol (one thinks my rather large bum and tummy were my first clue tho) on a different note the large fleshy bit under thumb is also know as the mount of Venus (in palmistry terms) which is connected with love, romance, passion and sensuality
go on i know your all doing it now ................. and don't forget next time you meet someone new (romantically speaking) check out their mount too !!! for best matched aim for someone with a similar size mount
