Yet another protein recipe! Oatmeal?

Yummy Protein Oatmeal:

1 sachet of Quaker's 2 minute Quick Oatmeal
1 tbsp Dried mixed fruit
1 tbsp Brown Sugar Splenda
1 tsp of mixed chopped nuts
1/2 scoop of vanilla protein powder
Boiling water
Milk

Mix all dry ingredients together, top with enough boiling water to stir into a paste, then add the desired amount of milk and stir until you achieve the right consistancy for you, pop in the microwave for 1-2 minutes.

I happen to love this and it is a big punch of protein & fibre.:D
 
sounds good! I made that prawn paste today. Found that some chopped up tomatoes and non-fat fromage frais made it even creamier and more delicious. You're right - the Before and After book is superb!
Tomorrow it's tuna paste time!

and the tuna paste was LOOOOOOOOOOOVELY!!!!!
and the custards were delicious too mmmmmmmmmmmmm
but the hummus was disgUSTING!!!

trial and error isn't it?

I also think fromage frais is a godsend - tasty, creamy, loosens up food, full of protein, and there's a fat-free version. Hallelujah!
