Going to the toilet #2 sometimes I get an orange liquid? Is that normal.

Are you on Orlistat - I am and if I have too much fat in my diet, this can happen, which is the purpose if Orlistat, the answer is to eat less fat which does make a difference.

No not on anything I just had my bypass 10 weeks ago it must be that I ate something that was to high in fat.

+1 on that. I used to be on Orlistat which is a fat binder to eject any excess fat, but if you aren't on any medication for that, you should let your GP know in any change to your bowel movements. Look-up the "Bristol Stool Chart" to identify the type of stools that you are passing so you can let your GP know.
